1. Customized design. The independently developed high-efficiency steam turbine unit is a multi-stage impulse steam turbine with small enthalpy drop. Different from the steam turbine rotors of other manufacturers, it is designed with 2-4 more pressure stages; the design reduces the flow stage distance, so that more stages are arranged in the flow part, the enthalpy drop of each stage is reduced, the flow diameter is reduced, and the blade height loss is significantly reduced. The turbine flow part also optimizes the profile design of the blades, nozzles, and baffle nozzles, effectively reducing all losses in the turbine flow part, thereby improving the mechanical conversion efficiency of the turbine, and having a wider load adaptability and overload capacity.
2. Optimize the blade profile and synchronously match the baffle. Through thermal calculation, follow the law of "energy conservation", match and optimize the original unit design operating parameters with the actual operating conditions, and at the same time, match the new baffle. The purpose is to revise the flow area and improve the flow structure, so that the unit can work effectively and smoothly, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
3. All the replacement parts of our company are upgraded according to the original factory materials of the parts, and high-specification configuration is adopted to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The design service life of the main parts is not less than 30 years.
4. The overall transformation design and implementation capabilities of the project, with the overall transformation design and implementation capabilities, not only for the main problem points of the flow part of the unit, but also for overall optimization, including auxiliary equipment, electronic control, heat recovery, condensing system, etc., to ensure that the entire power station system achieves operational balance, so as to meet the long-term safety, efficiency and stable operation requirements of the unit.
