Product Description
Condensing steam turbines are common thermal power
generation equipment primarily used to convert the thermal energy of steam into mechanical energy,which in turn drives generators to produce electricity.
A condensing steam turbine is the core power equipment in
thermal cycles such as coal-fired power plants and nuclear
power stations.
1. Thermal power plant
• In large thermal power plants, condensing steam turbines are the main power generation equipment. They form a thermal power system together with boilers and generators.
2. Industrial waste heat recovery power generation
• Cement Industry: During the cement production process (such as at the kiln head and tail), a large amount of waste heat is generated.
• Metallurgical industry: High-temperature flue gas and waste heat steam generated during the smelting process of steel and non-ferrous metals.
• Chemical Industry: Exothermic reactions in chemical production, waste heat from process steam.
• Flow passage: Multi-stage reaction or impulse blades, the design has 2-4 more pressure stages.
• Condensing system: Surface condenser (copper or titanium tubes), ejector (maintaining vacuum), circulating water pump.
• Seal system: Prevents air leakage or steam escape, using labyrinth seal or carbon ring seal.
• Recuperative extraction: Extracting steam from different stages of the cylinder to heat the feedwater, thereby increasing the cycle efficiency.
· product life: All components of the steam turbine adopt high-specification configurations to ensure safe operation of the unit. The designed service life of major components is not less than 30 years.

Minimized steam leakage for enhanced internal efficiency
The blade tip features a 2-4 labyrinth seal, effectively reducing steam leakage losses.
