Product Description

Steam Turbine is a kind of rotating power machinery that converts the thermal energy of steam into mechanical energy, and is widely used in the field of thermal power generation.

Working Principle
The steam turbine is based on the thermodynamic cycle, and the blades are rotated through high-temperature and high-pressure steam to do work. The steam generated by the boiler enters the steam turbine, expands and accelerates in the nozzle or static blade, the heat energy is converted into kinetic energy, the high-speed steam hits the moving blades (rotor blades), pushes the rotor to rotate, the kinetic energy is converted into mechanical energy, and the steam turbine rotor connection drives the generator rotor to rotate for power generation output.

Combined Heat and Power:

Combined heat and power (CHP) uses the waste heat generated by the fuel in the power generation process, which is converted into a useful heat supply through a heat recovery device, while also generating electricity. This technology can meet the needs of heating and power supply at the same time, improving the efficiency and economy of energy use.
Generator generation: The boiler steam is used to generate electricity first, and the remaining steam heat energy is then put into a certain industrial process, and the electricity generated at the same time is also put into the industrial process, and the remaining electricity is sold to the power grid. Industries suitable for medium-temperature processes: food, paper, chemicals, farming, agriculture.
Post-power generation: The boiler steam is first used in an industrial process, and the remaining steam heat energy is then put into power generation, and the electricity generated at the same time is also put into the industrial process, and the surplus electricity is sold to the power grid.
