Product Description

Extraction condensing steam turbine 
Extraction condensing steam turbine refers to the steam entering the steam turbine in the middle of the steam turbine to extract part of the steam that has done work, for other users to use, and the other part of the steam side is discharged into the condenser to form water and return to the boiler.

Working Principle
After steam expands and performs work in the turbine, almost all of it (except for a small amount of shaft seal leakage) enters the condenser to condense into water. The exhaust steam of the turbine is cooled in the condenser, causing its volume to sharply shrink and form a vacuum. This reduces the exhaust pressure of the turbine, increases the ideal enthalpy drop of the steam, and thus improves the thermal efficiency of the power plant system.

Main Application Fields
Power Generation: Thermal systems in high-energy-consuming industrial sectors such as chemical engineering, steel, coking, combined heat and power supply, papermaking, printing and dyeing, sugar refining, metallurgy, and building materials. It replaces desuperheating and pressure-reducing devices for power generation.
Industrial Drive: Drives large machinery such as compressors and pumps.

Main components
Steam turbine body: including nozzles, blades, rotors, cylinders and other components. Nozzles and blades are the core components of a steam turbine, nozzles convert the thermal energy of steam into kinetic energy, and blades convert the kinetic energy of steam into mechanical energy.
Condenser: Used to condense the steam discharged from the steam turbine into water and maintain a vacuum.
Circulating water system: provides cooling water to the condenser and takes away the heat released during the condensation of steam.
Extractor: It is used to extract the non-condensable gas in the condenser and maintain the vacuum state of the condenser.
Feedwater pump: Delivers condensate back to the boiler to form a closed cycle.

Our Advantages

1. Customized design. The independently developed high-efficiency steam turbine unit is a multi-stage impulse steam turbine with small enthalpy drop. Different from the steam turbine rotors of other manufacturers, it is designed with 2-4 more pressure stages; the design reduces the flow stage distance, so that more stages are arranged in the flow part, the enthalpy drop of each stage is reduced, the flow diameter is reduced, and the blade height loss is significantly reduced. The turbine flow part also optimizes the profile design of the blades, nozzles, and baffle nozzles, effectively reducing all losses in the turbine flow part, thereby improving the mechanical conversion efficiency of the turbine, and having a wider load adaptability and overload capacity.
2. Optimize the blade profile and synchronously match the baffle. Through thermal calculation, follow the law of "energy conservation", match and optimize the original unit design operating parameters with the actual operating conditions, and at the same time, match the new baffle. The purpose is to revise the flow area and improve the flow structure, so that the unit can work effectively and smoothly, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
3. All the replacement parts of our company are upgraded according to the original factory materials of the parts, and high-specification configuration is adopted to ensure the safe operation of the unit. The design service life of the main parts is not less than 30 years.
4.
